Our success concept is not only based on our product range, which is unique in terms of depth and breadth. We also score points with our customer-friendly service. Whenever our customers have a problem, our service team is always there to help by e-mail or phone. Whether it's changes in the order, questions about the order status, technical problems or specific product advice - the tasks are varied. With a good portion of creativity, our service department always finds an answer.
