In goods receiving, order picking, and packaging, our shipping team works toward one shared goal: happy BIKE24 customers. And if a product doesn't quite meet expectations, our returns team has the expertise to resolve even the trickiest cases.

To get our customers on their new bikes as quickly as possible, our bike logistics team unpacks and pre-assembles every bike before our mechanics finish the job. After a test ride, it's packaged and ready to ship.

Here's what to expect after you apply. Keep in mind that the process may vary slightly depending on the role.

Step 1

Application submitted

Found your dream job? Just apply through our online form. All we need is your name and email address. You can also attach a short resume if you'd like. You'll receive a confirmation email right away.

Step 2

Application reviewed

We've received your application. We typically get back to you within seven days. If your profile matches an open role, we'll invite you to a remote call via MS Teams. Even if it's not a 100% fit right now, you'll hear back from us soon.

Step 3

Interview round

We're impressed by your profile! We'll invite you to a follow-up interview, either remotely or at our office. Depending on the role, you can typically expect one or two interviews. It's a chance for us to get to know you better – and for you to meet your future team and get a feel for everyday life at BIKE24.

Step 4

Trial shift or case study

In some areas – like logistics and retail – you'll complete a trial work session. In others – like purchasing or marketing – you'll work on a case study instead. It's an opportunity for us to see your strengths in action and for you to get a hands-on look at what day-to-day work at BIKE24 is really like.

Step 5

Feedback or offer

Almost there: once we're confident we're a great match, we'll put together an offer and go over all the details with you. And if it doesn't turn out to be a match, you'll still get personal feedback.

Step 6

Contract and onboarding

Once everything's set, we'll prepare your contract, which you'll then receive by post. At the same time, we'll start planning your onboarding together with your future team. And then it's official: welcome to the team!
