Found your dream job? Just apply through our online form. All we need is your name and email address. You can also attach a short resume if you'd like. You'll receive a confirmation email right away.
We have received your application. We usually get back to you within seven days. If your profile matches an open position, we will invite you to a remote call via MS Teams. Even if it's not a 100% fit right now, you'll hear back from us soon.
We're impressed by your profile! We'll invite you to a follow-up interview, either remotely or at our office. Depending on the role, you can typically expect one or two interviews. It's a chance for us to get to know you better – and for you to meet your future team and get a feel for everyday life at BIKE24.
In some areas – like logistics and retail – you'll complete a trial work session. In others – like purchasing or marketing – you'll work on a case study instead. It's an opportunity for us to see your strengths in action and for you to get a hands-on look at what day-to-day work at BIKE24 is really like.
Almost there: once we're confident we're a great match, we'll put together an offer and go over all the details with you. And if it doesn't turn out to be a match, you'll still get personal feedback.
Once everything's set, we'll prepare your contract, which you'll then receive by post. At the same time, we'll start planning your onboarding together with your future team. And then it's official: welcome to the team!

Absolutely! Even if you only fulfil 60-70% of the requirements, you can still apply. We'll review your application to see whether there's a good fit. Above all, you should be interested in the job and have the general expertise - we are more flexible when it comes to the details (specific programmes, systems, etc.).
A short CV is usually enough for us - there's no need for a lengthy cover letter. We get to know your motivation much better in an interview. In a first step, you can also apply without a resume / CV. If you only have this to hand later, for example, you can submit it to us later.
