Our logistics is the central hub for our online shop. In the areas of incoming & outgoing goods and order processing, our large logistics team works with one goal in mind: many happy BIKE24 customers. If, on the other hand, a product does not live up to its expectations, our returns department will sort out any tricky issue with the necessary know-how.

Wanted: professional bike mechanics!

So that our customers can start using their new bike as quickly as possible, it is unpacked and pre-assembled in our bike logistics centre and assembled by our bike mechanics. One test ride and packing later, the bike is ready for dispatch.

Sigue y comunica pro-activamente las mejoras en materia de seguridad y cumplimiento de la normativa para garantizar un entorno de trabajo seguro.
Comprende, mejora y cumple los procedimientos operativos estándar para los procesos de entrada y salida.
Sigue el proceso de formación transversal de ILUO con el objetivo de ser competente en todas las áreas operativas (recepción, estiba, estiba de Autostore, picking, picking de Autostore, embalaje, envío).
Realiza, de acuerdo con los Procedimientos Operativos Estándar, las operaciones de recepción, estiba, estiba de Autostore, picking, picking de Autostore, embalaje y envío.
Identifica y comunica pro-activamente las iniciativas para mejorar los procesos, la seguridad y/o la calidad.
Conoce y alcanza los objetivos de los KPIs clave (calidad, productividad y seguridad, entre otros).
Prioriza los pedidos de primera calidad para lograr la máxima satisfacción del cliente.
Garantiza el estado óptimo de las instalaciones y sigue los procedimientos de orden, limpieza y 5S.

Your Skills:

Requisitos mínimos:

Formación profesional (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio).
Experiencia directa en logística o fabricación. También se tendrán en cuenta los perfiles sin experiencia.
Posibilidad de contratación de empleados con discapacidad.
Capaz de relacionarse fácilmente con diferentes departamentos y niveles de experiencia.
Dispuesto y capaz de trabajar en turnos flexibles, incluyendo turnos de noche, fuera de horario y fines de semana.
Persona proactiva, pragmática, humilde, comunicativa, empática y honesta.

Requisitos deseados:

Conocimientos y experiencia en operaciones relacionadas con la satisfacción del cliente, la logística o la fabricación.
Conocimientos de material de ciclismo.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas.
Persona flexible que se adapta al cambio.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal; capacidad de comunicación efectiva.
Experiencia con los KPI y la mejora de los procesos, con una excelente capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas.
Excelente servicio al cliente y habilidades interpersonales.

Contrato indefinido con un periodo de prueba de 4 meses.

The S-Bahn and tram are only a 10-minute walk away from our Dresden office. So if you do want to leave your bike behind, you can get the DVB Job Ticket or the Germany Ticket at a reduced price. This allows you to use public transport throughout Germany! Of course, you can also come by car - there is free parking available.

Step 1

You have found a job that is perfect for you?
Then simply apply via our online form. All we need from you is the minimum: your name and an email address where we can reach you. You are also welcome to send us a short CV - this makes it easier for us to assess whether your profile fits the position we are looking for.
This is the first step, and you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us by email.

Step 2

We have received your application and are now reviewing all documents. We will usually contact you within seven days. If we think you could be a good fit for one of our open positions, we will send you an invitation for the remote initial call via MS Teams. In this call we get to know each other & you will get all insights to BIKE24 and our Logistics you need. We will talk about working conditions, salary & working time and we will answer you all your open questions.
And even if your profile does not fit 100%, you will get an information in time.

Step 3

If the first call was a success, you can experience your future job on your own! We invite you to a trial work day where you will meet your future colleagues, the different teams and you will get an hands-on insight in our working environment. We will meet in the BIKE24 headquarters, and you will work 5 hours, from 09:00 am – 14:00 pm.

Step 4

The application process is now almost over. If we are convinced that we are a good match, we will make you an offer. We clarify all the important conditions and briefly look back at the exchange so far.
If everything is clear, we will send you the contract and prepare your onboarding. Welcome to the team!
