from today

BIKE24 is the one-stop shop for the fast-growing community of cycling enthusiasts, promoting green mobility. Founded in 2002, we have evolved from a specialised online cycling retailer into one of the leading e-commerce platforms in continental Europe, with a focus on the premium segment.

With every complete bike, pedal and technical garment we sell, we help our customers ride more often and travel more sustainably. Our success is built not only on our extensive and carefully curated product range, but also on our customer-focused service and fast shipping. As many of our team members are passionate cyclists themselves, we are able to provide expert advice.

Our logistics operation in Spain is still developing and growing. • Report directly to the Operations Manager based in Germany.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Procurement, Product Management, IT and Supply Chain.
  • Conduct performance reviews in close cooperation with the People & Culture team.

Your Skills:

  • Proven experience in a logistics or warehouse environment, ideally in a supervisory or junior management role.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, returns and stock management.
  • Hands-on mentality with the willingness to be actively involved in operational tasks when required.
  • Experience in leading small to mid-sized teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Practical mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations and operational compliance standards.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Native level of Spanish and a good level of English

Step 1

You have found a job that is perfect for you?
Then simply apply via our online form. All we need from you is the minimum: your name and an email address where we can reach you. You are also welcome to send us a short CV - this makes it easier for us to assess whether your profile fits the position we are looking for.
This is the first step, and you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us by email.

Step 2

We have received your application and are now reviewing all documents. We will usually contact you within seven days. If we think you could be a good fit for one of our open positions, we will send you an invitation for the remote initial call via MS Teams. You will be sent a link where you can book your preferred date in our calendar.
This way we avoid endless discussions about appointments. And even if your profile is not 100% suitable at the moment, you will of course receive a response as soon as possible.

Step 3

Your profile has convinced us! In the next step, we invite you to a remote interview about MS Teams with the business unit. Our goal is to get to know you, your skills and motivation even better.
Be yourself - a little bit of excitement is completely normal - but we will try to take it away from you in a relaxed atmosphere. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask! After all, we want you to get a good impression of us and your future job.

Step 4

In the logistics, customer service, finance, purchasing and retail departments, there will also be a trial work experience. Here we can see your strengths live, identify learning areas and, above all, give you a solid impression of your future day-to-day work.

Step 5

The application process is now almost over. If we are convinced that we are a good match, we will make you an offer. We clarify all the important conditions and briefly look back at the exchange so far. If everything is clear, we will send you the contract and prepare your onboarding. Welcome to the team! And even if we don't find each other, you will of course receive feedback from us.

Testimonials

Former employee via Kununu:

"Every contact, from the first day to the last, was characterised by friendliness and openness. Of course, sometimes you have a bad day and sometimes that affects conversations, but I've always found an open ear here for all questions and a suitable gap in the calendar."

"There is a very good and friendly working atmosphere within the team, communication takes place at peer level and all colleagues - whether within the team or at management level - are open to constructive criticism and new suggestions. This allows us to work towards common goals as a team. Every day is different from the last and offers many opportunities for reorganisation and new development. This, coupled with the great atmosphere within the team, is a great incentive to constantly strive for improvement."
