Your passion for numbers, data and calculations keeps our accounting and controlling departments and therefore BIKE24 on the road to success. Customer and supplier payments, balance sheets and annual financial statements - the department manages a whole range of tasks and watches over the company's figures with an eagle eye. Your number-based way of working and the resulting analyses and reports ensure the long-term success of our company.

You love numbers, work with precision, and want to actively shape the financial foundation of a growing e-commerce company? Then join our Finance team and take ownership of the entire accounting operations for our Spanish subsidiary — acting as the central point of contact for all financial and tax matters.
Your new challenge:
- You record and manage all accounting transactions for the Spanish subsidiary, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- You maintain asset accounting, including tracking, depreciation, and reconciliation of fixed assets.
- You reconcile accounts payable and handle accounts receivable with the parent company.
- You ensure timely execution of bank payments and monitor cash flows.
- You support external tax advisors with the preparation of tax returns and regulatory compliance .
- You actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, meeting all deadlines.
- You ensure compliance with internal policies, Spanish GAAP, IFRS, and booking instructions.
- You communicate with local authorities, including the Spanish tax authority, and act as intermediary to external legal and tax advisors
Your Skills:
- You have completed a degree or training in Accounting, Finance, or a related field — and you bring solid hands-on experience in accounting, ideally gained in an international setting.
- You are well-versed in Spanish GAAP and IFRS and feel confident navigating both frameworks in your day-to-day work.
- You work efficiently with SAP S/4HANA Cloud and Excel is a real strength of yours — from reconciliations to reporting.
- You approach your work in a structured and detail-oriented way, taking ownership and keeping a cool head even when deadlines are tight.
- You communicate clearly and enjoy working closely with both internal teams and external partners.
- You are fluent in Spanish and English and/or German.
